Forms
The contact form asks for your name, a phone number or email address, an optional organization, a topic and an optional message. The founding supporter form asks for your name, an email or phone and how you'd like to help. Both send those details through FormSubmit to [email protected] so Daniel can respond. Do not use this website to send medical records, treatment details, court information or information about another person. A website message is not a housing or treatment application and does not confirm a placement.
Third-party services
Form submission is handled by FormSubmit . Its handling of information is governed by its own privacy terms. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Organization status
Hard Won Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit in formation. We will apply to the IRS for 501(c)(3) status. Gifts are not tax-deductible at this time. Program plans, availability and arrangements may change. Specific requirements, costs and start dates must be confirmed directly. This website does not offer emergency services, clinical treatment or IOP admission.
