Ways to contribute
Hard Won works because the pieces connect. Each of these partners holds one of them. We are recruiting employer and training partners now.
Treatment teams, reentry programs, courts and community organizations: we want a clear, respectful handoff for people leaving your care who need a structured place to land and something to work toward.
Hard Won does not pay for referrals, accept payment for referrals or offer anything of value for a referral. Residents choose any treatment provider, and housing never depends on where someone gets care.
If you hire in the trades, we'll train people to your standard and stay involved after day one. Tell us what the job really requires and we will train toward it.
